1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

Minimum Quantity information is available with per product description.

2. Single Orders or Less than MOQ:

Single or smaller orders (less than MOQ) are only placed through DMs on Instagram and Whatsapp number (+91 829.109.4132). Single Piece Quantity Price has been mentioned along with the product description.

3. Payment Terms:

For Bulk Orders: 50% advance payment to confirm the order. Remaining 50% must be cleared in advance. Individual Orders, however, will have to be paid all in advance.

4.Box Charges:

Additional charges will be applied for boxes used to pack candles for Bulk orders.

5.Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges will be calculated as per actuals.

6.Delivery Options:

Pan-India delivery available. Worldwide delivery supported.

7.GST Policy:

Payments accepted via any UPI or bank transfer. Cheque payments not accepted. GST applicable.

8. Customization Options:

Customization is available for colour and fragrance.

9. Delivery Details:

Delivery of the product will be done within 5-7 working days. 

For much larger quantities, delivery time to be discussed and followed through.

10. Return Policy:

Recipient to make a video of the box when they open it and send it to the seller for any damage claim within 7 days of delivery for exchange or return. After 7 days, any claims will not be entertained.
