RETURNS POLICY

  • All products are non – returnable and non-exchangeable
  • All sales are final
  • Returns / replacement will be only accepted for fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items or for damages during shipping. Improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
  • Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by House of PJ. If you have any questions or concerns please e-mail us on careatpj@gmail.com

    REFUND POLICY

    • In case of fulfilment error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded to you within 10 - 15 business days
    • In case of products damaged during transit, refund is not possible - we'll replace the product
    • Cancellations, once shipment has been dispatched, is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at careatpj@gmail.com
